“New Moon” is a celebration of connection, rhythm, and renewal. The piece opens with the deep, grounding pulse of drums, echoing through the mountains under a starlit sky. The Native American flute in the key of G4 rises gently above the beat, carrying the spirit of the night and the whisper of the wind through the trees.
Imagine a circle of people gathered around a great fire, their faces glowing in the flickering light. The owl calls from the distance, reminding all of her presence as guardian of the night. The drums begin to speak, inviting movement, laughter, and unity. One by one, everyone joins in—voices, hands, hearts—until the rhythm becomes one heartbeat shared by all.
“New Moon” embodies the magic of new beginnings and the timeless power of music to bring souls together. It is a journey into the wild, where sound becomes ceremony and every note honors the connection between earth, spirit, and community.
Guided Meditations from
Roberta Aiello
Release date 8 november 2025
Roberta Aiello developed this meditation to help animals lower their stress levels together with their humans. What many people don't realize is that their own stress absolutely affects their animals as well. And you, the animal, can now help your humans relax.
Because the animals have no money or currency then it’s for their humans to buy the meditation for you to share.
By relaxing and doing this meditation together, you can both feel better and strengthen the bond.
Consider this meditation a gift from your animal to both of you.
Don't listen to this meditation on your phone or tablet. If you only have a phone, connect it to speakers for best results, but don’t play it too hard.
Find a quiet place where you can lie or sit in the same room as your human or humans. Try to experience this together with your human for the full 33 minutes. Simply sit or lie down on them if they show signs of wanting to end the meditation early.
For best results, especially initially, do this meditation in the evening when your humans are already calmer and tired from the day they had.
Try doing this meditation daily for at least a month at first, and then see how it goes as you reduce the number of meditations. (Unless you like it so much you just continue!)
I always love hearing from your humans about your experiences with them, and I'm available through Facebook and my website.
This is the first meditation in a series, and there will be many more, especially made for you, the animals and your humans.
